What we believe is rooted in the Holy Scriptures and shapes our faith, conduct, and hope as believers. Below is a summary of our core doctrinal convictions.
We believe that the Bible, containing both the Old and New Testaments (excluding the Apocrypha), is the inspired Word of God, infallible and the all-sufficient rule for faith and practice.
We believe in one true and living God, the eternal, self-existent “I AM,” who has revealed Himself as one Being in three co-equal Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the virgin birth, sinless life, miraculous ministry, substitutionary atoning death, bodily resurrection, triumphant ascension, and continual intercession of the Lord Jesus Christ. We also believe in His personal, visible, and bodily return in power and glory as the blessed hope of all believers.
We believe in the deity of the Holy Spirit, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, and in His work of convicting of sin, bringing repentance, regeneration, and sanctification. We also believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit as an endowment of power for service, with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
We believe that man was created pure and upright but fell through voluntary transgression, and as a result is subject to sin, death, and the judgement of God.
We believe that salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. Through His blood we receive redemption. We believe repentance toward God and faith in Christ are essential for salvation, by which the sinner is forgiven and declared righteous before God.
We believe regeneration, also known as the new birth, is an instantaneous and complete work of the Holy Spirit in the believer upon initial faith in Jesus Christ.
We believe in believer’s baptism by immersion in water as an act of obedience to Christ, and in the observance of the Lord’s Supper as a remembrance of His death until His return.
We believe in holiness of life and conduct, lived in obedience to the commands of God.
We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit empowers believers for service. All believers are invited to receive and speak in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
We believe that deliverance from sickness through divine healing is provided for in the atonement of Christ.
We believe the Gospel addresses the whole person. Therefore, the Church is commissioned to preach the Gospel to all the world and to minister healing and deliverance to both the spiritual and physical needs of humanity.
We believe in the personal, physical, and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to reign in power and glory.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people, the everlasting joy of those who are in Christ, and the everlasting punishment of those whose names are not written in the Book of Life.
እንታይ ንእምነትና እንተ ብቅዱሳት መጻሕፍቲ ዝተመሰረተ እዩ፣ ንእምነትና፣ ምግባርናን ተስፋናን ይቕጽል ዝሓልፍ መሰረት እዩ። ኣብ ታሕቲ ሓጺር ምስሊ ናይ መሰረታዊ ዶክትሪናዊ እምነታትና ተዘርዚሩ ኣሎ።
ንብሎ መጽሓፍ ቅዱስ፣ ናይ ቀዳማይን ሓዲስን ኪዳን (ካብ ኣፖክሪፋ ወጻኢ)፣ ተመልከተ ቃል ኣምላኽ እዩ፣ ዘይስሕት እምነትን ምግባርን ንምምላእ ዝበቃ ሙሉእ መምርሒ እዩ።
ንብሎ ኣምላኽ ሓደ ሕያውን እውነታዊን እዩ፣ ንርእሱ ከም “እየ እየ” ዝተገልጸ፣ ብሓደ ህላዌ ኣብ ሰለስተ ማዕረ ዝኾኑ ሰብኣዊ ባህርያት ዝተገልጸ፦ ኣቦ፣ ወልድ፣ መንፈስ ቅዱስ።
ንብሎ ልደቱ ካብ ድንግል፣ ሓጥእ ዘይብሉ ሕይወቱ፣ ተኣምራዊ ኣገልግሎቱ፣ ኣብ መካከል ንሓጥእና ዝኸፈለ ሞቱ፣ ብስጋ ተንሲኡ ምትንሳኡ፣ ናብ ሰማይ ምዕራጉ፣ ከምኡ’ውን ሕጂ ንእኛ ዝጽሊ ምዃኑ ንእምነት ንሕልው። ድሕሪ እዚ ድማ ብሓይሊን ክብሪን ብስጋ ዝምለስ እዩ፣ እዚ ንኹሉ ኣመንቲ ተስፋ እዩ።
ንብሎ መንፈስ ቅዱስ ኣምላኻዊ ባህርይ ኣለዎ፣ ካብ ኣቦን ወልድን ዝወጽእ እዩ። ሓጥእ ምእንቲ ምግንዛብ፣ ንምንሳሕ፣ ንምሕዳስ፣ ንምቅድስና ይሰርሕ። ከምኡ’ውን ብመንፈስ ቅዱስ ምጥምቃቕ ሓይሊ ንኣገልግሎት ዝህብ ምዃኑ ንእምነት ንሕልው፣ ምልክቱ ድማ ምዝራብ ብኻልኦት ቋንቋታት እዩ።
ሰብ ብንጹህን ቅኑዕን ተፈጢሩ እዩ፣ ግን ብፍቃዱ ብዝገበሮ ሓጥእ ወደቐ፣ ስለዚ ንሓጥእ፣ ሞትን ፍርዲ ኣምላኽን ተገዛኢ ኮነ።
መድሓኒት ብእምነት ኣብ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ እዩ፣ ንሱ ስለ ሓጥእና ሞተ፣ ተቐበረ፣ ብሳልስቲ መዓልቲ ተንስአ። ብደሙ ድማ ምድሓን ንረክብ። ንኣምላኽ ምንሳሕን ንክርስቶስ ምእማንን ኣድላዪ እዩ፣ ብእዚ ሓጥእ ይቕረ ይበሃልን ጻድቕ ይኸውንን።
ሓድሽ ልደት (መደብ ምሕዳስ) ብመንፈስ ቅዱስ ኣብ እምነተኛ ብፍጹም ዝፍጸም ናይ ሓደ ግዜ ስራሕ እዩ።
ጥምቀት ብማይ ብምጥሕል ከም ትእዛዝ ክርስቶስ ንእምነት ንሕልው፣ ከምኡ’ውን ምሳሌ ሞቱ ክሳብ ዝመጽእ ዝዝከር ዕለት እግዚኣብሔር ንምዝካር ንሰርዓት እንከነብር።
ቅድስና ሕይወትን ምግባርን ብምእዛዝ ቃል ኣምላኽ ክንነብር ንእምነት ንሕልው።
ምጥምቃቕ ብመንፈስ ቅዱስ ንኣመንቲ ንኣገልግሎት ሓይሊ ይህብ። ኩሉ ኣመንቲ ክቕበሉ ተጸዋዕቲ እዮም፣ መንፈስ ዝህቦ ብኻልኦት ቋንቋታት ምዝራብ ድማ እዩ።
ፈውሲ ካብ ሕማም ብመንፈሳዊ ምዕባለ ብመካከል ክርስቶስ ኣብ መስዋእቱ ተዘጋጅቡ እዩ።
ወንጌል ንሙሉእ ሰብ ይናገር እዩ። ስለዚ ቤተ ክርስቲያን ንዓለም ወንጌል ክትሰብክን ንሰብ መንፈሳዊን ኣካላዊን ድሌታቱ ክትሕግዝን ተልእኾ ተዋሂቡላ እዩ።
ጎይታ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ብስጋ ብግልጺ ዝምለስ ምዃኑ ንእምነት ንሕልው፣ ብሓይሊን ክብሪን ክነግስ እዩ።
ኩሉ ሰብ ብስጋ ይትንስእ እዩ፣ እቶም ኣብ ክርስቶስ ዘለዉ ዘለዓለማዊ ሓጎስ ይረኽቡ፣ እቶም ስማቶም ኣብ መጽሓፍ ሕይወት ዘይተጻሕፉ ግን ዘለዓለማዊ ፍርዲ ይቕበሉ።
